Successfully managed and Launched Xerox Service Assurance Technology for Puerto Rico, managed service calls for 50 Customer Service Engineers within four resource groups while handling all customer escalations/complaints and coordinating service calls in an effort to improve both response time and customer satisfaction in the newly developed Puerto Rico Territory.
