As an exercise physiologist/nutritionist I believe in living a healthy lifestyle and educating people on the benefits and rewards of living a healthy lifestyle as well.
Health is more than just the absence of sickness. It is a complete package of physical, mental, and social wellbeing. Healthy living is acheived by usings steps, strategies, and actions in our every day lives to to achieve optimum health. It involves making smart and healthy choices for the present and future. Eating right, getting physicallly fit, having emotional wellness and spirital wellness as well as prevention are all a part of healhty living.

~Cardiac Rehab- duties included setting up EKG machine to patients, measuring blood pressure and heart rate, showing proper exercise techniques to strengthen the heart, and assisting cardiac RN's in reading and diagnosing cardiac tests.
