I provide excellent customer service. Greeting each person with a smile and personalized service, and information. I assist guests with their needs. I work in the baby care center, assisting guests with their children's needs and care.  I distribute stock  from the main stockroom and put it out on the store shelves.  Cashiering, and interact and entertain guests that enter the store. I'm Very friendly and very helpful to guests. I have been awarded with 40 or more  customer and co-worker comment cards for great service. I will be celebrating my fourth  year with the company.

 I worked in the Reception area, greeting clients, answering  phones, scheduling appointments to show homes involving clients and realtors. My work was mostly PC work, entering new homes for sale in different areas and typing in information about the home. I made phone calls to the homeowners speaking with them several times a day setting up appointments and confirming phone calls. My supervisors name is Janet Kuhl 717-718-7469. I left this job to relocate to Florida. I enjoy this kind of work.

I take care of several children with other co-workers, care for them personally  and lovingly. I multitask taking children to the potty and changing diapers, to making sure they all are present and accounted for while playing and learning and napping. I also to make sure they get to and from the cafeteria area and back to our room without losing track of 12+ two and three year olds. Provided great customer service while working in the front office.  Answered phone calls and fulfilled our other locations with their supply orders. Gathered customers items to check them in for cleaning, and checked them out when picking up their orders. I also did the daily accounting information and made up the bank deposits. I was in charge of closing the store up in the evenings and securing the cash register and setting the alarm system. Owners name is Al DeVono, unfortunately now deceased.  717-244-4571

Worked in a salon/ tanning setting. I greeted  clients and checked in for their appointments,  Some of my duties included  calling clients and reminding them of their appointments with the stylists. My job was  being a receptionist, shampoo girl, and assisting the stylists, It also was a learning position as I was in cosmetology through high school and worked in the salon 2-3 days a week.

I have experience in  opening and closing the store, doing banking deposits, ordering products for the store, stocking shelves with product and making sure the store was in tip top shape for district management to come in and inspect. I had lots of communications with customers, salons, management and other store locations. Fulfilled large stock orders for Salons. Filing daily auditing papers, multitasking several things at once, answering phones and assisting people with cosmetology needs. And product knowledge, was a part of our training and we passed our knowledge along to help others with their needs.

I learned how to work the front area of a physicians office, and also assist the doctors in the back office. Answering phones, making appointments, filing, data entry, patient history, blood pressure, basic blood draws and injections of flu shots. Mult- tasking several things at once. I worked for my hours for the class in a local doctors office in Middle River, MD 44-4571. The medical field is something I have always wanted to work in. Im very good with people and Im a very likeable and friendly person. I get along with everyone. Im down to earth and very trustworthy. I did receive a certificate of completion of this 12 week course.  I have worked in a doctors office during the course.

Summary

I am looking Christian woman looking  for full time work, and  long term job position in a good company with benefits and a chance for advancing within the company.  I believe that my experience with great customer service and  management skills will assist me with that goal.

I have experience applying makeup. I briefly worked for Glamor Shots in Baltimore as make up artist. I very much enjoy applying makeup and using artistic skills to make a client look natural and beautiful. I have applied makeup for friends for weddings, and special occasions as well as myself on a daily basis. I enjoy making someone look and feel beautiful as well as educating them on skincare and product knowledge.

I attended a technical high school in Baltimore and my main class was cosmetology. I  earned my cosmetology license in 1991. I cut, color and style hair  for family and friends. I apprenticed in a salon through high school. I worked evenings and weekends as a shampoo girl, and receptionist. I made  phone calls confirming hair appointments and making appointments, I assisted the hairdressers in perming hair and color, and they taught me how to cut hair as well as braiding and styling. I kept the shop neat and clean and stocked for the stylists. I also took care of the tanning beds.
