Centre Operations Manager

When promoted to Centre Operations manager my duties began to include:
- Soley managing a team of four Service Coordinators as well as overseeing the Meeting and Conferencing Executive
- Making sure the centre is adequately staffed at all times - this includes managing staff holidays as well as arranging casual staff members
- Ensuring that all monthly invoices are entered correctly by the Administration Controller
- Managing the building works carried out by contractors as well as the centre handyman
