I implemented a process and schedule improvement recommendation that eliminated six weeks from the previous product’s development schedule.
I received an award for redirecting the agency work for the “What Do You Have To Say” campaign that resulted in 40% over the previous quarter. With careful planning and collaboration I led a geographically segmented team to transfer all content (over 1000 images) to HP’s main image library, resulting in a yearly savings of $120k. Additionally, my recommendation of a new process in photography shoot planning resulted in getting advertising collateral in the market three months earlier than previous campaigns.
