  • Managed 70 Employees for 2 hospitals and an operational budget of more than 1.5 million dollars
  • Directed the Admission and Registration process in both hospitals and the Outpatient Care Center, the Centralized Patient Transportation Department, the Centralized Scheduling function , the insurance precertification and benefit verification activities  to ensure maximum reimbursement for services provided.
  • Directed the main hospital's Admission Nurses and Patient Bed Placement staff in coordination with Nursing Administration to ensure patients are admitted timely and that care is documented and initiated in a timely manner.


✓ Implemented a Guest Pager System which enhanced communication with patients and families waiting for service.

✓ Developed and implemented a system wide educational tool for proper execution of consent forms and the use of advance directives
