My main objective in this role was to ensure that maximum profit is achieved from the sale of new and pre-owned vehicles and accessories in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures and Dealer Operating standards.
Job role :
To identify and develop prospects and to work with individual customers to understand their needs, guide them towards the most appropriate product and agree the sale.
To prospect for new customers as directed by Sales Manager / General Manager and to encourage prospective customers to book appointments at the dealership and to take test drives
To build rapport and understand my customer requirements to guide them towards the best choice for them.

To agree details of sale with customer taking into account part exchanges, accessories and finance arrangements in conjunction with Sales and brand Manager.
To assist in processing all documentation relating to the sale of a vehicle including coordinating order and delivery and handover of vehicle and ensure that this process is completed in accordance with departmental procedures.
To work as a full member of the team working with colleagues to provide a seamless service to customers.
To ensure that a thorough understanding and up to date knowledge of all products are maintained.
To undergo training both residential and in house where necessary.
All aspects of patient care, daily surgery and equipment set up. Assisting the dentist during procedures and keeping jthe day running to time and organised. Digital x-ray developing. Reassuring patients when necessary. Record keeping, Medical History checks, Dental Charting, Handling patient complaints following our in house policy.
Keep the clinical areas and all equipment and instruments clean, tidy and sterile as appropriate according to the practice’s health and safety and infection control procedures and manufacturers' instructions, including observation for safety issues which may affect those who visit and use the practice and notify the principle of practice manager of any safety issues
Use all equipment and machinery in accordance with manufacturers' recommendations and ensure that they are maintained regularly and in good working order
Provide and assure chairside assistance is in place daily ensuring that the correct equipment is available
Ensure the care and welfare of all patients
Accurately complete patient clinical records as directed
Handle all substances in accordance with health and safety policies
Be familiar and comply with all health and safety rules and guidance, including PPE, COSHH, mercury handling, infection control, waste disposal etc
Complete laboratory request forms
Liaise with dental laboratories, supply companies and other organisations as required
Ensure adequate stocks of materials and other items within the surgery
Liaise with the nursing team for ordering, to ensure stock levels are kept at the agreed levels
Ensure computer/written records are accurately maintained and securely stored
Liaise with reception to ensure smooth patient communications and transfer of records and information
Attend and participate in practice meetings
Other duties as necessary for the efficient operation of the practice including the duties and tasks of receptionist as required
Undergo training as required to develop skills and abilities
Attend refresher and update training to comply with the GDCs regulations
Act in accordance with the practice rules and code of conduct
Liaise with the Practice Manager
Work at other locations supporting the principle and his teachings of Newley qualified dentists as required
Care Quality Commission
Co-operate with the systems in place to ensure the practice maintains its registration.
As senior nurse I have developed the following experience/skills
Certificate in safe guarding vulnerable adults
Dual role in beauty and PA for a local entrepreneur who owned many businesses, property and a freehouse.
Beauty Therapy role.: Mostly business developing and promotion initially then as client list grew then went to France, at Malo to train with a product called Pythomer who manufactures seaweed based body contouring products using seaweed from St Malo itself. This is what I then specialised mostly in.
PA to director- Mr Ken McGrath
This role consisted of general office administraton. I was also required to act on any instruction from the director in assisting him with his day/week. This could consist of property assessing, signing up new tenants, some of which were in Scotland. Helping organise meetings or events.
