- Lead cross-functional teams from Research, Packaging, Formulation, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Legal to deliver innovation projects and work with respective countries on their deployment plans
- Working with various design agencies on new designs of packaging and marketing collaterals
- Working with Lowe, Tag and BBH on communication developments and adaptations for SEA countries
