Managing a 93 space mobile home community, currently a redevelopment project. Responding to and solving tenant concerns and issues in a timely manner. Ensuring all maintenance is performed in a timely manner, maintenance of grounds approximately 6.62 acres.

Responsible for marketing/leasing of 5th wheel rent to own program, showing properties to prospective tenants, evaluating credit and rental history of all new park and lease applicants to ensure they meet resident selection criteria, reviewing applications for approval or denial.

Recording financial transactions and other account information, collecting rents and security deposits and making bank deposits. 

Soliciting and evaluating bids for contract services. Creating and tracking work orders given to contractors.

Carried out the management responsibilities of the day-to-day operations of a 200 Unit Storage Facility. This was a lease up situation the occupancy was at 20%, I took the occupancy to 70% in about a year’s time.

Additionally I managed a busy UHAUL dealership, which included sales of moving boxes, packing and moving supplies. Was instrumental in capital improvement projects i.e. parking lot paving, installation of an electronic security gate. 

Maintained friendly & courteous relations with all customers, potential customers. Maintained the cleanliness and good repair of units, buildings and equipment.
