I was responsible to the Director of Bellerbys College for the Development, Definition and Programme Management of multiple Work Streams (HR, Sales & Marketing, Operations and Facilities) across the Bellerbys College Transformation Programme, leading to significant staff and academic changes on all Bellerbys' UK sites. My role included significant Stakeholder Management activities within Bellerbys and with the Directors of StudyGroup HE Division, who provide programme ownership of elements of the programme. I have set up a Programme Office structure to allow oversight of all Programmes/Projects along with a formal reporting structure for the Director's overview and control.
