As founder of the multifaceted hospitality management company The Light Group, Andrew Sasson recently earned induction into the USA Nightclub Hall of Fame. Mr. Sasson’s bars and restaurants, a collection of popular properties at major casinos and resorts up and down the Las Vegas Strip, attract everyone from A-list Vegas regulars to first-time city visitors. Mr. Sasson came to Las Vegas following a string of successful ventures in New York City, where he launched the Midtown East nightclub, Light; SoHo’s Jet Lounge; and Jet East in the Hamptons. He began his hospitality career working in a Majorca-based restaurant and entered the world of nightlife while a student, during which time he served as a doorman at Velvet.
