lAppointed to assume P&L management for a Childrenswear brand from Poland with over 400 retail stores in EU. Challenged to turnaround sales, profit margins, consumer traffic and market share.

lOversee strategic planning, operations, site selection, merchandising and marketing for opening over 100 retail locations throughout the PRC in 3 years. Member of Executive team to support expansion of retail concept.

Achievement highlights

lLed Division from years of operating losses to positive earnings, delivering significant improvements in months, culminating with +250% grow in operating earnings in 2012.

lRepositioned store portfolio to both right-size the chain and grow the highly profitable outlet segment to maximize earnings. Led comprehensive real estate strategy to change mix of channels, resulting in 10 mall-based and department stores and planning to open more outlet stores.

lLed update of product line to fill holes in wholesale and franchisee line.

lSourced product providers through new manufacturers and designers that now account for 30% of sales.
