About Andrew Pack Variety Club

Named a 40 Under 40 professional in the Philadelphia region, Andrew supports local community organizations, including the Children's Crisis Treatment Center and the SPCA. He served 13 years at the Variety Club, first as a development coordinator and then as the executive director. While there, Andrew Pack increased revenue by $3.5 million annually, secured half a million dollars in major gifts, and created a satellite office in Delaware. Having grown the Greater Philadelphia division into the nation’s premier chapter, through his leadership the Philadelphia Chapter received the Fiscal Excellence Award three times from Variety of the United States.

Subsequently, Mr. Pack leveraged his fundraising experience to lead as the consulting director of philanthropic initiatives at the International Financial Company, director of leadership gifts at the University of Pennsylvania Athletics Department, and executive director of development at Christiana Care Health System, where he implemented a rating system that identifies donor giving capacity and a planned giving program that has raised in excess of $2 million in pledged gifts.
