The co-founder of PayByClick Corporation (www.pbclick.com), Andrew Ling is a leading figure in the Phoenix, Arizona, technology and software industry. Creating the business plan for PayByClick and assisting in raising investment capital from Japanese investors, Andrew Ling serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for the company. Mr. Ling was integral in securing seven U.S. patents for the on-line, micropayment service and has successfully enforced the company’s intellectual property rights against alleged patent infringers.

In addition to his role at PayByClick, Andrew Ling serves as President and CEO of GTX Corporation, also located in the Scottsdale metropolitan area. Founded by Dr. Marvin T. Ling in 1984, this privately-held high technology innovator developed the first proprietary hardware and software products for converting scanned technical drawings to CAD formats. Andrew Ling joined the company as General Counsel in 1990 and has served the company for over two decades in several critical senior operational positions.

Currently responsible for the overall direction of GTX Corporation, Andrew Ling oversees the company’s operations including worldwide sales, strategic planning for its technology development and licensing, intellectual property portfolio management and enforcement, and the senior management for its wholly-owned subsidiary, GTX Europe, Ltd., located in Basingstoke, England. Most recently, Andrew Ling supervised the launch of GTXRaster CAD 2011, which supports Windows 7 and other 64-bit operating systems. Mr. Ling continues to work with original equipment manufacturers on licensing agreements for third-party CAD vendors, integrating the company's technology into some of the world’s leading CAD software. 

Andrew Ling co-founded the Phoenix World Trade Center and served as President of the Arizona World Trade Association from 1986 to 1988. An active participant in several campaigns including Attorney General, gubernatorial, senatorial, and presidential bids, Andrew Ling co-founded the Arizona Republican Roundtable and actively worked in Senator John McCain’s 2008 presidential campaign.

A graduate of Pomona College in Claremont, California, Andrew Ling received his J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. Mr. Ling is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Arizona, and the District of Columbia Bar, and he is admitted to practice before the Court of International Trade in New York, New York.
