    • Video Cafe - Acoustic coffee house feel
    • Soul Celebration - Gospel

  • In 2007, I partnered with our Young Adult pastor to launch PURE (our 18-25 group). Since 2007 the group has grown to over 300 a week. Here I helped developed worship teams as well as sat in on weekly creative meetings, planing out series and creative worship and teach elements.
  • In 2009, I pioneered and launched a program within Water of Life called Proskuneo Project which provides music lessons at all levels given by musicians in the church as well as teachings and workshops geared at training our musicians on what worship is and why we do it.

  • Using a fundraising dinner and social media I successfully raised $25,000 to fund my album "Grey and Other Colors"
  • Since 2004, I have developed and overseen our Good Friday Service.  This service is designed to lead people to the throne room of God in a completely unique way.  We do this through silent worship, video testimony, readings, and other various elements.  Since I have taken it over it has grown from 300 to over 4,000 in attendance.
  • In 2009, I reorganized my department looking at each staff members skill and building on that to create a more fluid department that capitalizes on each individuals talent.
  • In 2009, I designed and launched a new audition system which insured that each person who auditioned was not missed or dropped but properly placed where we felt they were best fit.
  • In 2010, I launched a Worship Leader Training Class where we teach the heart and the practicalities of worship leading.
  • I have participated and been involved in four capital captain programs at Water of Life resulting in more growth numerically and in regards to resources.
  • I have initiated oversaw and organized bringing in such artists as: Phil Wickham, Matt Redman, Shawn McDonald, The Katinas, and Jason Gray.

Discipleship Training School

After Graduating from high school in 2002 I felt I needed time and space away to build my walk with Christ and to develop my personal relationship with him.  I lived in Brisbane Australia, for 3 months and completed a lecture phase of the school.  This was a time where God could deeply root himself in my life and circumstances and I felt I began to know this God I was taught growing up.  The lecture phase was followed by an outreach  to the Solomon Islands for 2 months.  There we worked with the local churches and supported their ministries.
