Coordinated e-Learning as Learning Management System Organization Administrator for 7,000+ learners; provided tier 2 technical support, designed and developed contextual eLearning solutions through a variety of tools and methods.
Created and developed Abbott brand refresh global interface templates for computer-based training. Established project branding identity while aligning within the new Abbott branding (including communication campaigns, custom interfacing we pages and associating support materials).

Consulting through Ascendis to develop courseware for World Vision. Curriculum consists of tracking and scoring learner progress via 9 nested modules. Configured and integrated this course for live testing using Moodle as the selected learning management system to successfully track learner progress, completion and pass/fail quiz scores for World Vision staff.
Designed and developed e-learning courseware with facilitated voice over recordings, branching and "dig-deeper" self-paced content.

Lead Visual Design Consultant for Allstate's major portal site. Responsible for leading visual design solutions as well as comprehensive style sheet development and integration. As the Lead Visual Designer with Allstate’s User Experience group, I successfully identified and confirmed creative objectives and design boundaries for this major Allstate portal site. Responsible for leading visual design solutions as well as comprehensive style sheet development and integration, I leveraged a unique “3-2-1” iterative selection process to achieve mutual agreement among numerous stakeholders. As a key contributor to the UX team championing this project, I worked adaptively and collaboratively in a cross-team and “Agile” atmosphere.
Provided Interface design, visual content and HTML courseware technical integration for PHP-based LMS Corporate Diversity training. Responsibilities also included the administration, client technical testing, support and international/remote module deployment (in Germany & Japan). Additional project work was requested by this very satisfied client.
Administered custom (phpMyAdmin/Apache) LMS platform for copyright training courseware. Responsibilities entailed remote management of proper enrollment and access to training modules as well as course expiration and aggregate assessment scoring.
Worked closely with Drake Resource Group to guide the client through informed decision making around authoring tool selections, visual design & technical development best practices. This New Employee Orientation (SCORM Compliant) courseware consisted of custom Flash animation and advanced learner tracking capabilities. This project also entailed technical surveying, design integration and troubleshooting custom designing for their SAP Learning Solution platform.
Assessed, advised, designed and developed web based e-learning visuals and pilot prototype module with full functionality for bundled PB.net Order Management courseware. Modules included conceptual & simulation SCORM/AICC compliant asynchronous multi level assessments and progress tracking.
