After working his way up to run his own customer acquisition marketing agency in South Africa in his early 20s, Andy went on to help establish further locations with the same global agency group in the UK into his mid 20s.
Each of the agency's offices at which he spent the longest periods in a leadership capacity - Brisbane, Johannesburg, London, and Birmingham - became the company's global number one Advertising Division location during his tenure.
Following his return to Australia and completion of studies at JCU, Andy moved to Japan and established his own English school.
Andy returned to the marketing services industry in Tokyo from 2008-2011, first placing senior executives into Advertising, Marketing and PR agencies as an Asia Pacific senior executive search consultant, then establishing his own Advertising/Marketing/PR consultancy Marketing Futures upon his relocation back home to Australia.
