• Developed and implemented several procedures, including Change Management, Release Management, and Incident Response, which were used by all IT teams to provide notification to, and ensure coordination with, ARGI’s business units. Identified critical risks to ARGI’s business and worked with other business leaders to initiate the projects for mitigating those risks.
