Computer Repair Technician/Customer Services at (6 years) I am involved in the repair and customer services side of Dixon's Carphone working under the KNOWHOW brand. I have developed strong technical, problem solving and people skills in this role, with new and unexpected challenges occurring almost daily. In am also strongly passionate about my job and have constantly fed back thoughts and ideas on how to improve the business where I have influenced change both at a local and national level.
