Operations Coordinator

Vodafone Australia

A key part of this role was to support the end-to-end management of store and user set up including on boarding, maintenance and termination. I had to ensure that accurate and timely maintenance of all channel records were kept within the Vodafone. Systems and establish key relationships with internal stakeholder, suppliers and stores. While I was performing this role I had identified numerous gaps between key stakeholders and had managed to not only close these but also implement the following:

  • Consistency across major stakeholders and ensure that team member were on-boarded quickly and efficiently.
  • Successfully brought the national training completion rate from 45% average to 92% within 4 months.
  • Implement a National Security Swipe Card initiative, which helped to reduce costs when it came to security swipe cards and alarm systems.
  • Record and distribute key processes for my role, which allowed for easier training of new team members within our team.
  • Create a national process for the closure of key retail sores and to ensure that the engagement of 40+ key stakeholders was consistent and that all information was being distributed evenly.
