An accomplished development worker specialising as public health practioner , nutritionist and food scientist with a passion for working with less privileged communities to improve health outcomes and access to health, ensure food security and improve livelihoods through poverty alleviation. I have the ability to multi task and deliver under pressure with minimal supervision. I have a strong academic grounding in human nutrition, public health and project management, having completed a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology, a Master of Science in Public Health and a certificate in development and management. My education and professional experience focuses on development issues such as global health, nutrition and poverty reduction both of which have equipped me with a repertoire of skills ranging from assessment of community nutrition to project planning, design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of development projects.
