Maximized the results of sales (~$400M) & brand awareness while ensuring profitable operations of the mobile division in Canada. 

Drove the launch of several smart and touch phones in Canada, working with both the Korean and USA product teams. Partnered with  Microsoft, Android and the global Bada OS teams to launch new OS platforms, Smartphones, App stores, SDK releases, and Widgets.

Increased an already  #1 market share (31% to 34%)  and  sales volume level ($300M to $400M),  while simultaneously cutting costs and improving efficiencies in the daily operations.

Led all agency relationships for creative, promotional, social, digital, experiential, sponsorship activation, and training needs.

Returned a 5 year CAGR of 57%  for the CE division, growing  market share from 6th position to 1st. Increased average selling price/unit for the division by~ 3x in 5 years. Expanded the channel penetration from 18% to 93%  coverage, winning numerous retail awards. 

Led the product marketing, communications, training, and field marketing teams. Worked closely with the Sales Director to ensure alignment of Sales and Marketing efforts.

Guided the development of all product/pricing/channel/promotional strategies, presentations to clients, and industry leadership positioning.

Continued to extend product and brand leadership across Canada, beyond the TV category, returning strong gains in Home Theatre, Digital Audio, Blu-ray, and Digital Cameras.
