    • Who, in turn trained all associates(465 in total across a four month period) in Problem Solving tools and techniques.
    • After the“ Train the Masses” phase of training was complete, formed“ Focus Groups” to go after the big problems that associates faced on a daily basis.
  • Member of Environmental-Health-Safety(EHS) Committee
  • Instrumental in Cell Design and Spaghetti Mapping with rebuild of Pace Harrison after a catastrophic fire gutted half the facility in April 2013.

Advanced Technologies specializes in “outsourced factory maintenance.” Pace Industries was their client. The contract between ATS and Pace only lasted two years, at that point, the contract was not renewed; Pace then offered me the same position working for them.

Responsibilities Included: Entering of data into perpetual inventory system, filling of parts orders for all departments, receiving of items ordered, ongoing cycle count of inventory Organizing and tracking of loaner tools, which led to recovery of all non-returned loaner tools saving the company almost $10,000 the first year by not having to replace tools.
