  • Negotiation of large Enterprise License Agreements for Globo, Itaú Bank and Banco Central
  • Banco Itaú Corporate Telephony Network Restructuring: consultant responsible for the design and implementation of the Banco Itaú Corporate Telephony Network restructuring. The main point of this project was the replacement of the legacy-based Tandem switch of Banco Itaú telephony network for a solution based on Cisco SME (Session Management Edition). Several PBX systems, Cisco Unified Communications Manager clusters and Microsoft Lync systems were impacted which represented nearly 60,000 extensions and users.
  • Unified Communications Architecture Design for Sonangol (Angola): consultant responsible for defining the unified communications architecture of Sonangol (state oil company of Angola) based on products such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity, Cisco voice gateways, gatekeeper, Cisco Unified Meeting Place Express, Session Border Controller (CUBE), involving clusters on-shore (ground) and offshore (oil platforms)
