My professional career began in ABB Chile place, that already in those years, represented for me a great challenge: due to the advances that a first customer satisfactions survey. I continued my steps soon, acquiring experience as an Independent Consultant where the most important project were executed with one of the large mining projects of the country, the Mining Company Doña Ines de Collahuasi. What I learned here, fundamentally the value of the customized development tools and coaching have for the work parties, scope in which I tended to specialize. After 2 years, like part of the training team in a small life insurance agency I gave a jump to the Consultancy as a Seniro Consultant, endorsed by the great standard of 2 great universities here in Chile. I learned with them, the value of the honest & trusted relation with the clients, I deepened my certainty about adding value it is -always- on customized design of projects. After some years, I was part of the Human Resources Team in PricewaterhouseCoopers, where my accumulated experience allowed me to design the most ambitious plan of development of abilities that the Company has had registry, a SoftSkills Development Curriculum for all levels. Nowadays I'm a freelance Facilitator/Trainer in Movistar, one of the greatest companies of the world in the field of delivery of integrated telecommunications services, Internet and Television with 125.000 employees around the world. I design workshops and projects, through the Andragogic Methodology improving significantly the learning & satisfaction rate, I have executed formation in scopes such as the handling of conflicts, negotiation, sales, techniques, people management, leadership and many other scopes.
I believe in the sustainable development of the services and products, but this will not be possible if we aren't able to create a strategy of sustainable development from the inside of our organizations. That is the challenge which I look for, a challenge that it includes to contribute in a global company that watches the future considering the protection of its collaborators and teams strengths, I have developed a global conscience, I understand where the human resources must go to arrive, next to their companies, satisfying the internal necessities and the market expectations, winning in corporate reputation and results.

The execution methods to this Workshops is related with Andragogy Methodology, with a noticeable accent on the use of Group Dynamics like simulations of reality, taking to the participant to the practice in classroom of those useful tools to them job.

Learning & Education Manager
Responsible for the needs identification process and the coordination of the technical training schedule & program for the Firm’s professional team. I designed and implemented the SoftSkills Development Curriculum; the primary goal for the first year of this plan was to complete 12 hours per person in a setting of 200 professionals. I also provided the first part of the Integrated Technical Training Program for the Advisory, Tax & Legal Lines of Service; the goal being to double the registered hours of training for these bussines units. The use of SENCE (Chilean Tax Franchise) grew, from 2006 to 2007, by 10 times with an average of MM$50 (CLP) / M$100 (USD) in 2007.
