Coordinated and tracked imports from the order request until the arrival of the product to the facilities. Product data entry into the accounting software and creation of the new reference products. Paperwork related to the payments to financial institutions and suppliers abroad. Monthly report to the National Bank of Colombia the movements within the foreign currency account of the company. Daily followed the trending of the US Dollar exchange rate, and closed financial derivatives to hedge the exchange currency risk. Claimed to suppliers the corresponding credit notes or product change when defective product was found within the import, or the customer claimed the warranty. Presented daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Financial Chief and the CEO.
