Responsible for the corporate database management. Provide general marketing, administrative and social media support. Support the team in a variety of tasks such as; the preparation of documents for meetings, liaising with preferred suppliers on behalf of our clients. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly Management Information (MI). Provide excellent customer service and assistance in responding to client enquiries. Pro-actively build a working knowledge of the Company’s Online Booking tools and assist with maintaining the product as required. Sourcing and updating travel related news and social media outlets. Assist with industry and market research. Contribute to all other Global Services activities within the team and across the Group when required.
