Having relocated from Romania in May 2015, I am looking for a role in which I can demonstrate and develop my career in customer services


I am a highly motivated and ambitious self ­starter with comprehensive experience within the

customer service industry. I pay meticulous attention to detail, understanding the

importance of accurate information when documenting client details and managing and updating

internal IT systems.


I would relish the opportunity to join an organisation in which I can use my current skills, in

addition to learning and developing new skills and processes.

  • Processing and confirming customer payments and refunds
  • Dealing with customer complaints effectively and to Company standards
  • Coordinating rescheduled product dispatches
