I started the Hammer Nordic branch office in 2006.

Hammer offer storage products into four business segments, Industrial, Products, Enterprise and Server.

I have built the company from scratch and have made it into a well-established storage distributor within 5 years.

I have managed to grow the business and maintain great profit while the overall market has suffered from various setbacks.

I'm fully responsible for the company with various work duties such as:

- Personnel

- Business development

- Business strategy

- Annual budget and targets

- Marketing



Sales Manager

Santech Micro Group AB

Santech Micro Group was a leading Swedish IT distributor.

Sales Manager for 3 out of 5 sales areas (Oem, Retail and Etail)

Managed a team of 15+, sales and customer service.

Deputy Sales Director for the whole sales team.

Responsible for:

- Sales agreement

- Business development

- Business plans

- Budget plans

- Sales campaigns



Key Account Manager

Bell Microproducts AB

Bell Microproducts was one of Europe leading IT storage distributors.

I had three Key Account Manager roles at Bell.

I was the first sales person in the company (no 2 after country manager) and started to build the IT components business, this part grown rapidly and we had soon a team in place.

I then moved over to our Enterprise storage team and helped our new starters to get started. These persons had experience of the storage market but not the distribution market.

My third role was as an IT software manager. Bell Europe had a proven track record with software licensing and I developed that in Sweden.


Key Account Manager

Santech Micro Group AB

Santech Micro Group was a leading Swedish IT distributor.

I managed SMGs Key accounts with great result. My work duties included everything there is within Key Account Management.



Siba Computer City

I started my career in sales as a salesman at Siba Computer City. Did a rocket carrier and was awarded sales men of the year on the yearly gala dinner. Also held the monthly sales record within the Siba group.
