PROFILE

Learning different languages has given me the possibility to develop my abilities as a teacher and in public relations. As a teacher, I seek to inspire students in all aspects of their lives, and my greatest goal is to be a model who motivates and encourages them to attempt for strength. Being a school teacher for kids and teenagers for more than ten years, has allowed me to communicate and reinforce my knowledge for giving the necessary tools for an accurate and successful learning.

For seven years I was the English teacher in Literacy and Literature in fifth and seventh grade. Also, as a Homeroom teacher I had the opportunity to guide students in order to achieve their personal and educational goals. Finally, as the Coordinator of the International Integration Program I was in charge of motivating students and parents for the great opportunity they would have. Also, once the students decided to be part of the program, I was in charge of choosing the most suitable families in Canada, visit them and present students to the schools they were going to attend classes.

Government Organization that produces and broadcasts for the Colombian TV Channels Señal Colombia, Canal Institucional and Canal Uno.

During that year I got the responsibility of translating from Spanish to English Documentary Series  "Nunca más" produced by RTVC for the CNRR (Comisión Nacional de Reparación y Reconciliación).
