International Sales Supervisor
The main role under this function is to deal with a selected group of worldwide key customers in a dedicated manner, managing relationships with their headquarters as well as branches and worldwide plants, in order to constantly keep a comprehensive and updated view of new projects and evolving opportunities.
Managing communication flow between customer, sales, engineering and operations;
Establishing and maintaining a collaborative relationship between engineers and customers;
Working directly with customers to obtain necessary project information, ensuring orders are technically accurate, priced appropriately and properly documented to meet the customer’s expectations;
Acting as lead KAM and PM for the customer order by establishing and documenting the overall schedule and delivery dates of each order. Throughout the life of the project, continues to maintain the schedule and ensures commitments are met, open items are addressed, and stakeholders informed until delivery at the customer.
Preparing, issuing, coordinating and evaluating the impact of order changes, addressing potential concerns, providing solutions and ensuring original production schedule deadlines are met with close contact with operations management.
Advising new businesses, drafting privacy policies and structuring commercial transactions;
Strategic Consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development;
Support to customers related to Hot Runner System Applications, including design changes, part selection and systems applicability;
Strategic suppliers development;
Pre-sales / After sales support;
Hot Runner System customers high level support;
Link communication between customers and engineering department;
Global Sourcing and Suppliers research;
Attending to worldwide trade shows;
Traveling to visit worldwide customers.
