American Breeze is the leading suppliers of Air Conditioning Units in Dubai. The company services clients with AC Equipments & installation, servicing and maintenance of HVAC systems.

Responsible for managing the implementation and deployment of HVAC projects in the MENA region while managing client relationship, developing new business and, Coordination between Top Management and factory to ensure the proper project costing. Responsible for day-to-day customer relationships and expectations, project planning and driving technical team to meet customer issues and accomplish planned goals.

 Lead projects from inception to post launch including defining project baselines, managing project team, preparing appropriate documentation, managing project budget and timelines

  • Managed a team of engineers responsible for the deployment of equipments; Interfaced with vendors and technical engineers to define requirements and develop system specifications
  • Ensured objectives remained consistent with business strategies. Managed ongoing changes in project scope, performed cost benefit analysis, risk identification and contingency planning
  • Worked with potential clients on specification selection to optimize return on investment. Audited project specification to enhance own company P&L, and reduce warranty issues
  • Certified the delivery time with shipping company including the shipping documents and clearing with custom to deliver the goods
  • Implemented Just in Time ordering strategy on several GCC projects and worked with clients financial institutions on bank guarantees, Line of credits prior to delivery

  • Managed to turnaround a major account from contract cancellation to positive recommendation along with a 15% cost saving from 300k installation cost and material
  • Accomplish the full sets of required documentation by M/S Etisalat, the invoicing & payment follow up, till the final handing over stage to Authority
  • Project documentation and progress reporting on technical submittals, daily & weekly reports, progress and procurement reports, and checking of field test results

LojainNet is leading structured cabling and fiber optic provider in the UAE. Approved by TECOM and other government organizations, LojainNet is involved in various large projects since 1985. The company offers a wide range of fiber optic and structured cabling networks services. Other services include consultancy, design, supply, installation, splicing, terminations, testing, commissioning, fault, finding, and documentation.

Duties included the responsibility of:

  • Design and estimate total structured cabling solutions for large installations including the implementation of a single and multimode fibre optic cabling
  • Coordinate & obtain the resources including planning the daily work target with the Project Manager and instructing the site supervisor one day before.
  • Coordinate with the contractor site engineers to resolve technical problems and reporting to the Project Manager. Resolve problems in term of design and Implementation.
  • Study the drawings and insure careful site implementation and prepare the as built drawing for the assigned projects.
  • Field experience at Structured Cabling of Copper and Fibre Optic cables (Installation, Testing, & Termination). Experiences in post implementation according to consultant & authority requirements
