Assisted engineers in a project to reduce manufacturing waste by calculating the baseline for material
consumption at the assembly line. Some notable contributions are:
✔ Discovered and proposed new methods of using CATIA and Adobe Photoshop to calculate the total
surface area of aircraft panels which saved a tremendous amount of work and time.
✔ Tutored and led teammates in using CATIA and Adobe Photoshop that enabled workload delegation and accelerated project progress.
✔ Organised project data and created Microsoft Excel templates installed with formulas that automate
calculations for engineers and future interns on the project.

Designed and drafted new painting trolley using CATIA during the internship at Spirit AeroSystems to increase paint workshop productivity by fitting more aircraft panels onto the trolley.
Designed and fabricated UAV airframe using CATIA and 3D printing for the final-year project. The airframe is modular and detachable to ease packing or transforming to different flight modes.
Produced the designs of posters, banners and presentation slides for the clubs involved with during university years that helped event promotion and club marketing function.
