ØHandling a Team of 4 members.
ØSingle point of Contact for Clients like Oracle Corp, PSI Data Systems, Glow Networks, Boston Corporation and Egov Foundation.
ØMonitoring Operations like Sourcing, screening, interviewing and placing technical candidates with various Technologies like Client server, Microsoft Technologies, QA, DBA, ERP, Networking, Internet Technologies, Mainframes, and Data warehousing.
ØInvolved in Process, Planning & Implementing Recruitment Strategies.
ØInteracting with Business Development Manager on a daily basis for requirement gathering & Analysis.
ØHandling preliminary round of interview in order to assess the candidate's suitability, attitude, academic & professional qualifications, experience, communication skills etc.
ØInvolved in Post-interview Offer negotiation and closure of candidate.
ØDeveloping and maintaining good relations with Clients and the consultants(Candidates).
ØResponsible for the team target on a month and month basis.
General HR Activities/ Admin HR Roles/HR Generalist
ØPre-joining & Induction Process.
ØDocuments to be collected and Preparation and Issue of appointment letter.
ØInduction, Bank, PF, ESIC, Investment Declaration formalities.
ØMonthly / Weekly MIS
ØAttendance and maintaining Leave records on monthly basis.
ØCoordinate with payroll team and ensure that invoice are prepared and sent to clients and processing salary in the software.
ØMaintaining Registers under various applicable acts on monthly/Annually basis and Completing other statutory compliances.
ØMeeting with staffers and clients on monthly basis and response to query and doubts of the Staffers and the Clients on day to day basis.
ØRetention of Clients and Staffers ensure Staffers and client satisfaction
ØPersonal Accident Insurance and its renewal.
ØMake arrangements for Employee ID generation and seating by coordinating with Tech & Admin Department respectively.
ØHandling monthly re-imbursements.
ØHandling employee issues and coordinating with the respected team internally or externally to resolve the same.
