Responsible in serving customer inquiries, determining and providing solutions with regards to their banking needs. Assist query and complaint from customer and convey it to other related department. Conduct CDD (Customer Due Diligence) for each account opening application and perform enhanced CDD for a continue awareness of compliance requirements. I work in a team to achieve targets and positive outcomes for customers and the bank. Processing daily transactions and prepare day to day branch reporting and also to be ready to in charge as a Teller if any one of the staff absent or in a day off.
