Summary

As a professional with HR and Business Administration backgrounds, I have carried out my tasks in various companies and different positions, ranking from sales and customer services to financial, administrative and IT.  

Experience has provided me with organizational skills such as planning, scheduling, and coordination of resources, as well as meeting deadlines and time management.  I have also completed training on Project Management and Agile Management to support my experience. 

With regards to personal skills, I believe I am an excellent negotiator, as I can debate issues without being unpleasant or abrasive. Moreover, I can interact effectively with peers, superiors and assistants and am a fan of team work.  I consider that proactivity and being extremely organized are two skills that define me.  Finally, I consider emotional intelligence is an imperative tool when in a management position.
