Project Description: This project includes development and maintainance of the web application called CIBNA (Circuit Identifier and Billing Number Assignment) which is used to assign new circuit identifier numbers and Billing Numbers to the customers according to the services ( data, voice) taken by the customer. It is a three-tier architecture system, being developed as an object-oriented, client/server using JavaServlets, Java Server Pages (JSPs) and a DB2 relational database for persistent storage of data.
Contribution: Handling Database, User Interface development, Worked on Batch Jobs written in shell programming, worked on Python batch jobs, Automation of Batch Jobs .

Description : 

ZigBee is a specification for a suite of high-level communication protocols used to create personal area network built from small, low-power digital radios. ZigBee devices can transmit data over long distances (About 10–100 meters) by passing data through a mesh network of intermediate devices. ZigBee is typically used in low data rate applications ( About 250 kbit/s) that require long battery life and secure networking (ZigBee networks are secured by 128 bit symmetric encryption keys.)

It is a continuous monitoring system used to analyze and supervise the basic parameters such as Heartbeats, Respiration Rate and Body Temperature of the patients and send these parameters wirelessly through ZigBee Network over Doctors' PC. If any of these parameters exceeds the threshold limits, it will generate an alarm to inform the doctors about the emergency situation.
