Work experience

Jr. Camp Counselor

West Hampton Community Center

This work experience has helped me in furthering wanting to become a pyschologist. I was able to have hands on experience with children from ages 6 to 12. I was able to observe the interaction between all the children and see how they would act in certain situations and the way they would respond. I would also be able to observe the types of responses that they would say if, for instance, they could not get what they wanted for some reason. Or the fact that someone told them they could not do something and they had to do something else.

Advanced Diploma

Heritage High School

I entered the magnet program because I saw this as a way to gain some experience for college and be able to get ahead in the game of college applications. From 9th to 12th grade year, I have been taking all honors calsses and though most of them are easy their is that one that I couldn't get my head around. Also I have taken a variety of classes that have prepared me for college, such as Introduction to Pyschology, Introduction to Culniary Arts, Introduction to Engineering, Design Multi-Media and Technology and Businees Law. These classes have helped me form a way to, not only understand my field of study by it's self, but also be able to combine other aspects to it.
