Manage end-to-end coordination and production of e-mail marketing campaigns which includes briefing process, HTML coding, set-up, testing, content change requests (e.g. images, graphic design, tracking codes, light proofing), scheduling, deployment of e-mail campaigns in various ESP environments (Pardot, ExactTarget, MailChimp, Blackbaud Sphere). Circulate draft and final proofs of campaigns to key stakeholders, consolidate feedback, and resolve conflicts. Provide monthly campaign performance metrics to drive fact-based decisions on email planning including A/B testing.
Spin up new Drupal websites, build content pages with HTML code, update content through an industry-standard open-source CMS (Drupal, Blackbaud Sphere). Design, code, and edit landing pages, update web content and edit images in Photoshop. Build web pages in Cvent registration system, upload text and images, events, speakers and ticketing information in preparation for a successful Equity Summit 2015 complete with digital registrant check in.
