What fulfills me?

The sense that when I wake up to go to work I know that my actions could matter, they have impact on business processes and on others (colleagues, customers or shareholders). I am pragmatic and that’s why things for me just make sense when we reach some result that can touch someones life!

As HR Sales Channel Manager the main responsibilities concerned market research of sales entrepreneurs, lead the training programs, pipeline sales entrepreneurs integration with the partners and follow sales KPI's.

Main Achievements:

• Reset Recruitment & Selection Model and Procedures

• Design and implementation of new Integration Program for sales entrepreneurs

• Redefinition of the Training Program – Internal Training course vs training on the field with the sales partners and performance/soft skills assessment system

• 25% reduction of partners dropouts after 3 years;

• In 4 years the weight of the channel increased 20% in the Company's portfolio.
