Summary

Digital Marketing: Manage paid digital media for regional wireless carrier including display, mobile and email.  Launched the company’s dynamic ad serving platform -- manage testing strategy, creative development and optimization.

Direct Marketing:  Extensive experience acquiring profitable customers in consumer and business-to-business segments in the financial services and telecom industries.  Created a new segmentation strategy for U.S. Cellular that acquired 30% more new customers over the prior year, with two-thirds of the direct marketing budget.

Loyalty and Retention Marketing:  Launched Discover’s first student specific engagement and retention program encompassing the entire first year as a student cardmember.  Developed and executed a successful six-week activation incentive campaign that achieved a 15% take rate. 

Campaign Execution:  Managed creative and offer content for Discover’s largest direct marketing channel, including three monthly campaigns featuring up to 100 individual creative executions totaling 20 million personalized mail pieces.
