  • Also managed the product launches, defined the Bank vision and worked closely with Senior Executives to deliver innovative products for consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Led the launch of Ecommerce & Fraud Management acquiring solution of CyberSource. Managed merchant such as donation, electronic, retail stores and airline.  Assisted on-boarding merchant, integrating with payment gateway, setting fraud parameters and make them live, after verification.
  • Marketing & Spot allocation of offsite ATM’s/Kiosk and manage deployment.
  • Worked in consultation with local teams and launched Visa Debit card in 4 countries Bangladesh, Maldives, Oman and Srilanka. Managed outsourcing UAE Debit card production & fulfillment.   
  • Migrated 1 Million Debit Card to HBL Visa Chip EMV Debit card and introduced 6 Variants with 1% cash-back domestically and 2% cash-back internationally. Prepared Business Case, BRD, conducted UAT, developed Branch training material, product guide and revised T&C.
  • Liaison with marketing for creative development and execution of promotional/spend campaigns at multiple channels.

  • Enrolled more than 12 new banks and assisted planning effective acquisition, usage and spend campaigns.
  • Developed marketing strategies and annual marketing plans in consultation with Visa Regional Marketing team and TBWA & OMD Dubai.
  • Launch of Visa Marketing campaigns including ATM, cashback, spend & win and educational campaigns.
