  • Performing needs analyses and providing consultation on enterprise-wide performance improvement projects with a learning component. 
  • Leading internal clients through each phase of the course design and review process, including course marketing and communications. 
  • Managing external learning vendors and consultants to ensure deliverables met agreed upon timeline, quality and cost.
