Responsible for managing marketing initiatives at the local level for 125 phone directories with revenue exceeding $32M for the Charlotte Sales Division.

  • Developed and put into action a strategic market plan and customer loyalty program in a historically distressed market. The plan resulted in an 18% incremental revenue improvement to exceed sales goal.
  • Implemented and monitored contingency plans to generate over $226K in 2008 for the Charlotte Sales Division.
  • Collaborated with stakeholders to lead the sales division to #1 status in all 2008 marketing initiatives throughout the company.
  • Achieved a promotion from Marketing Analyst to Field Marketing Manager in January 2008.

  • Designed and implemented a complete marketing program to increase brand awareness.

Responsible for Ohio, Kentucky and Western Pennsylvania territory development and marketing product lines for the Life Sciences industry.

  • Managed a territory where many customers had never met a representative from our company. Territory grew by 25% during my tenure.
  • Implemented two on-site stocking programs at large accounts, which resulted in reliable re-orders, and a 46% sales growth at those accounts.
  • Hosted and presented informative product seminars and roundtable discussions
  • Worked with product managers on new product ideas, assisting with the development of between 5-15 new products per year.
