Provide administrative and personal support to the President and CEO of an IT consulting firm. Operate autonomously, prioritizing and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, anticipating the needs of senior management and proactively address these needs. Act as an active member of the sales team by anticipating and supporting the needs of the Vice President, Account Executives and Sales Engineers to enable them to develop opportunities and increase sales. Provide specialized sales support by recognizing training opportunities for employees, ensuring compliance to incentive and competencies requirements and distributing sales leads. Track Microsoft incentive opportunities and audit funding receipts to ensure all fees are received. Organize corporate events and use professional etiquette to arrange the Greater Pittsburgh CIO Group meetings. Managed the expansion of our corporate offices which included sourcing vendors, coordinating project timelines, negotiating prices and overseeing the installation of materials.
