Social Media Samples - Bite's Instagram

By far my favorite platform! Such an easy and fun way to showcase office culture. While I was community manager at Bite, I helped create different campaigns such as #WhereIWorkWednesday which allowed employees to show off their non-desk working environment. Other #campaigns included #Bitelife and #twintuesday.

Social Media Samples - Bite's Facebook

As the internal community manager, it was my job to accurately portray Bite life. Posts ranged from employee accomplishments (personal and client based), employee outings, job openings and other topical posts.

Social Media Samples - Bite's Twitter

Working primarily with the community management team in London, I helped generate posts for Twitter that were timely and relevant. Posting exclusively industry news can be a bit dry at times, so we tried to keep a balance of Bite life, noteworthy client updates, industry news and pop culture trends.

Bite Videos

On random occasions, I would create videos either for the internal team or to be posted to Bite's social Channels. Below are two examples of an internal project ( Brittany's last day) and a public post (Ice Bucket Challenge).

Social Media Samples - Internship Work

As an intern, I was able to work on various client social sites. I posted blog entries to Rebecca Michaels' page and created her Pinterest page, found images and drafted posts for Ritual Wellness' Instagram and wrote press and media releases for clients like Hangar 24.

College Projects

While attending Chico State, my Journalism classes provided me the opportunity to enhance my skills with programs such as Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver as well as video work on iMovie using a Flip camera. Assignments ranged from newsworthy campus events, profiling a student at Chico and creating a magazine spread. I enjoyed video work so much that I helped a friend with his video campaign while he was running for office at the school.
