The primary responsibility of the Area Manager is to oversee their individual store as well as the operations, human resources of the assigned area stores and to ensure that the assigned contribution, sales goals and all other store activities are achieved. The responsibility of the Area Manager is to monitor and assist the store(s) managers, within the assigned area, with day to day operation issues, manage the sales building process and assist the Store(s) Managers to maintain a positive working environment at all Retail store locations. Establish a good communication link between the corporate goals and objectives and Store Operations daily.
*Store Operational Issues, primary focus on individual store and immediate Area
*Reporting to and coordinating with Director of Store Operations
*Oversee all Store(s) Managers and store operations within the assigned area.
