When I started my career in Digital Marketing 6 years ago Instragram and Pinterest had just launched, Facebook didn’t offer advertising, SEO was all about keywords and no-one had heard of re-marketing.  Since then I have learnt to take even the hardest client and turn them into profitable accounts for the agency I work with.   I have honed my communication skills and digital marketing knowledge, always striving to learn more as the industry evolves. Throughout my career I have grown my clients digital presence and delivered website projects within scope and budget.

Highly organised, I am task orientated with the understanding of resource output vs client billing to ensure that these two always align. As a leader by example, I believe in hard work, clear communication and simply execution.  I have a proven track record and the confidence to take on a new role and hit the ground running.

Working with a junior account management team my role was to guide and grow the client portfolio as a whole, whilst motivating a team of account managers to provide excellent service to our client base.  I strived to maintain strong client partnerships and grow positive internal relationships, leading by example and showcasing hard work and expertise.

Duties included:

- Go to person for all client queries, solutions and strategies.

- Managing large budgets and defining results driven strategies with execution.

- Reporting on account finances and monthly portfolio growth to higher management team

- Leading departmental reporting management meetings across SEO, PPC and Social media division,s tracking results per client and industry trends.

- Conducting employee reviews and growth plans along with recruitment and hiring of new staff.

Handling a large portfolio of clients my roles was to manage, grow and achieve results for a 40+ client portfolio.  Working closing with the SEO, Paid Media, Social Media and Design and Development team I delivered digital campaigns and website projects on time and within the brief and budget.  As the sole account manager within the agency i was responsible for growing client revenue and up selling new products and idea's to my client base on a monthly basis.  My success in this role stemmed from excellent client communication and management along with an ability to perform under pressure.

I have a passion for travel and have been fortunate to travel and work with some amazing NGOs on various community and ecology projects.

Conservation Project - SwazilandWorking with a local NGO on a Swazi Game reserve we assisted with research in the field tracking fauna development within the reserve.

Malawi NGO - I was fortunate to be selected to help a local Malawian NGO in the construction of a chicken farm in a rural village in Northern Malawi to help generate funds for on-going community development.

Hobbies:  A bit about me.  I am easy going, pretty much always happy.  I love to run long distances, train at the gym and throw a frisbee.
