Skills and Attributes

Organization is an important skill to have in order to be successful with any task or events. It has greatly helped me with school and work projects. I was promoted as a supervisor at one of my past jobs, because my manager was impressed with the way I handled small or big work projects. I worked as a stock associate at another job, where organization helped me create efficiency and get the task done quickly as possible. For school, I have different folders on my laptop for each class which include all the assignments I have done, and all my upcoming assignments or events for the course.

I am reliable as, I keep to my promises and do as I say. Those around me trust me, and count on me because they know I will not disappoint them. It helps me build better relationships with others as well as increases self-esteem.It is a skill that will benefit me in the future, whether working in a team or serving the community.

I work well with others, whether its at work or school, or with other groups. Working in a team gives the benefit of many individuals expertise and opinions. Tasks are completed efficiently and quicker.I enjoy working independently as well.To become a leader, you first have to be a successful team player.

I am honest in my workplace, to friends, and school.I study for my exams rather than cheat. If I cheated I would not be able bare the guilt of it. I am proud of my results on tests and assignments because of the hard work I have put in.Being honest to those around me builds character and stronger relationships. In my work place I am honest even if no one is watching because it allows me to live by standards and beliefs.
