Customer Services Representative
Customer Relation officer To manage high net worth individual customers portfolio for the branch To meet/exceed sales, revenue, business volume target within the specified time frame. To act as custodian of deposits & fund mobilization. To manage & monitor portfolio attrition. To ensure inter-departmental coordination for smooth operations & good working relationships. Provide immediate assistance to customers entering in branch and controlling customers flow. Identifying and converting potential walk in customer in branch. Monitoring service quality and assuming prompt and efficient resolution of customer complaints.
